Terms and conditions
1. Agreement
By enrolling in any Runway 7 Fashion Academy program (“Academy”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Runway 7 Fashion Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in termination of participation without refund.
2. Payments & Enrollment
- All program fees must be paid using approved payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Zelle, Venmo, Wire Transfer or authorized platforms).
- A deposit is required to secure your spot.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
- Installment payment plans may be available and must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
3. No Refund Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Cancellation by the participant
- Failure to attend
- Personal circumstances
- If a participant is unable to attend, enrollment may be transferred only with prior written approval from the Academy.
4. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.
- Must be available for the full duration of the program, including workshops and production days.
- Accommodation is included as part of the program. Please note that all travel expenses such as flights, car transportation, or train fare are the responsibility of the participant and are not covered.
5. Program Participation
Participants agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions, workshops, and production days
- Actively participate in assigned departments and activities
- Follow all instructions provided by Academy staff and production teams
Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Schedule & Program Changes
Runway 7 Fashion Academy reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules, instructors, or program structure
- Adjust locations, departments, or activities
- Reschedule sessions due to operational needs
No refunds or compensation will be provided for such changes.
7. Conduct & Professional Behavior
Participants must maintain professional conduct at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Disruptive, inappropriate, or discriminatory behavior
- Failure to follow instructions from staff
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas
Violation may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
8. Backstage & Industry Access
- Access to backstage areas, designers, and industry professionals is controlled and not guaranteed at all times
- The Academy reserves the right to restrict access for operational or security reasons
9. Media & Image Rights
By participating in the Academy, you grant Runway 7 Fashion Academy permission to:
- Capture photos and videos of your participation
- Use your image, likeness, and content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes
This includes social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
10. Personal Data & Communications
By enrolling, you agree to receive:
- Program updates
- Promotional materials
- Offers related to Runway 7 Fashion and its partners

11. Liability Disclaimer
Runway 7 Fashion Academy is not responsible for:
- Personal injuries during program participation
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Travel issues
Participants assume full responsibility for their participation.
12. Certification
- Certificates are granted only upon successful participation and completion of the entire program.
- The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.
13. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, branding, and program structure are the exclusive property of Runway 7 Fashion Academy.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.
15. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the Runway 7 Fashion Academy, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to comply with all policies
- You accept that violations may result in removal without refund
